Communications in Tourbox is one place to read, send, and track every message that goes to or comes from your customers and suppliers. Conversations are linked to the records they relate to (bookings, enquiries, customers) so anyone on the team can see the full history without digging through individual mailboxes.
What's included
- Inbox: all incoming messages across email and other channels.
- Outbox: messages you've sent, with delivery status.
- Conversations: thread view of back-and-forth correspondence with a contact, linked to a booking or enquiry.
- Templates: reusable email templates with merge variables.
- Attachments: files sent and received are stored against the booking.
