Pipeline
The pipeline is the heart of Tourbox. It tracks every customer journey from an initial enquiry through to a confirmed and authorised booking. Every record has a clear status, a record of who did what and when, and a complete timeline of activity.
Two record types drive the pipeline:
- Enquiries are lightweight leads: someone has expressed interest in a trip.
- Bookings are active trips being planned, quoted, paid for, and operated.
Each enquiry can be qualified, rejected, or converted into a booking. Bookings can also be created directly when a customer is ready to skip straight to a quote.
