Profile

The Profile page (accessed from the profile menu in the top bar) holds the settings that are personal to you, separate from organisation-wide settings.

Personal details

• Name: Your display name across Tourbox (used in activity logs, comments, and the team directory).
• Email: The address you sign in with. Changes require verification.
• Profile photo: An avatar shown across the app.

Preferences

• Theme: Light or dark, per device.
• Default landing page: Choose between Dashboard, Tasks, Enquiries, or Bookings as the page you land on after signing in.
• Notifications: Email notification preferences for tasks assigned to you, new enquiries, and payment events.

Organisation memberships

If you belong to multiple organisations, they're listed here with your role in each. Use the organisation switcher in the top bar to move between them.

Signing out

Use the profile menu (top right) and choose Logout. You can also visit /logout directly.

Authentication

Depending on how your organisation is set up, you can sign in with passkeys, email magic links, or a password. Your profile page is where you set up additional sign-in methods.
