Saved Reports
Saved Reports is your library of custom reports: useful queries you want to re-run regularly without rebuilding from scratch each time.
What's listed
- Report name.
- Description.
- Created by and created at.
- Last run.
- Visibility: private to you or shared with the organisation.
Working with saved reports
- Run: execute the report with current data.
- Edit: update the prompt, columns, or filters.
- Duplicate: use as a starting point for a new report.
- Share: make available to the rest of your organisation.
- Delete: remove the saved report (does not affect data).
Permissions
Reports respect viewer permissions when run, so a shared report may show different results to different members based on what each can see.
