Supplier Utilization

The Supplier Utilisation report shows which suppliers your business actually depends on, how much you spend with each, and how reliable they are based on cost variance and disputes.

Columns

For each supplier:

  • Bookings: number of bookings using this supplier in the period.
  • Cost share: percentage of total supplier spend going to this supplier.
  • Total spend in accounting currency.
  • Average margin of bookings that include this supplier.
  • Variance: average difference between planned and actual cost.
  • Disputed documents: count of supplier documents marked Disputed.

Filters

  • Date range.
  • Place / region.
  • Tags.
  • Currency.

Use cases

  • Identify concentration risk (you depend on one supplier too heavily).
  • Spot suppliers whose actuals consistently exceed their quotes.
  • Compare alternatives for the same destination.
