Settings

The Settings area is where admins configure how Tourbox works for the whole organisation. Most settings pages require admin permissions.

Sections

• Organisation: Name, branding, currency, locale, and other defaults.
• Team Members: Invite, manage, and assign roles to team members.
• Billing: Subscription plan, payment method, and invoice history.
• Integrations: Connect external services like Vamoos and email providers.
• Email Templates: Reusable email formats with merge variables.
• AI: Configure AI features, providers, and usage.

Permissions

Different settings pages need different permissions:

• Organisation and members: managing members and the organisation.
• Billing: managing the subscription and payment method.
• Integrations: managing integrations.
• AI: usually the same permission as integrations (admins).
• Email templates: standard member access.
