Settings Overview
Configure your organisation, team, billing, integrations, AI, and email templates.
Settings
The Settings area is where admins configure how Tourbox works for the whole organisation. Most settings pages require admin permissions.
Sections
- Organisation: Name, branding, currency, locale, and other defaults.
- Team Members: Invite, manage, and assign roles to team members.
- Billing: Subscription plan, payment method, and invoice history.
- Integrations: Connect external services like Vamoos and email providers.
- Email Templates: Reusable email formats with merge variables.
- AI: Configure AI features, providers, and usage.
Permissions
Different settings pages need different permissions:
- Organisation and members: managing members and the organisation.
- Billing: managing the subscription and payment method.
- Integrations: managing integrations.
- AI: usually the same permission as integrations (admins).
- Email templates: standard member access.
