Bookings

A booking represents an active trip being planned, quoted, and managed. Bookings can be created directly or converted from an enquiry.

Each booking tracks travel dates, passengers, itineraries, financial information, and communications. The booking progresses through statuses as you send quotes, receive payments, and finalise arrangements.

Bookings can be assigned an owner (the team member responsible), tagged for organisation, and shared with customers via the consumer portal.
