Metrics

  • Total customers with a confirmed booking.
  • Lifetime value (LTV): average revenue per customer.
  • Repeat rate: percentage of customers with more than one confirmed booking.
  • Average days between trips for repeat customers.
  • Top customers by LTV: drillable list.

Segmentation

Customers are segmented by:

  • Tag: categories you've assigned.
  • Source: original enquiry channel.
  • First-booking year.
  • Country / region.

Each segment shows count, average LTV, and revenue contribution.

Filters

  • Date range: period for revenue inclusion.
  • Tags.
  • Currency.
