Customer Portal

How customers access their trip via a secure portal, and what you can control.

Customer Portal

The Customer Portal is the customer-facing view of a booking. When you share a booking, the customer (and any invited passengers) receive a secure link they can use to view the itinerary, key dates, places, attached files, and, if you choose, financial documents.

The portal is fully branded with your organisation's logo and colours.

Sharing a booking

On the booking detail page, open the Share tab. From there you can:

  • Generate a portal link: A secure URL the customer can use to access the booking.
  • Set an expiry: Optional. The link stops working after this date.
  • Invite passengers: Each passenger with an email can be invited individually.
  • Resend invites: Re-send the invite email if the customer didn't receive it.
  • Revoke access: Disable the link for everyone or for an individual passenger.

Invite status

Each passenger has an invite status:

  • Not invited: No invite sent.
  • Pending: Invite emailed, not yet accepted.
  • Accepted: Passenger has signed in to the portal.
  • Expired: Invite link has expired.

What customers see

By default the portal shows:

  • The booking's active itinerary: Day-by-day with descriptions, places, images, and times.
  • Key dates: Departure and return.
  • Trip-related files marked as customer-visible.
  • Passenger list.

Optional, configurable per booking:

  • Customer documents: Quotes, invoices, credit notes.
  • Payment status: What's paid and what's outstanding.
  • Maps of itinerary places.
  • Pre-departure information.

Sync and freshness

Changes to the itinerary, files, or documents reflect on the portal automatically. The Share tab shows when the portal was last synced.

Security

Portal access requires a passenger-specific signed link plus an authentication step (passcode by email). Links can be revoked at any time. Passengers can only see the bookings they've been invited to.

Branding

The portal inherits your logo, colour, and from-name from Organisation Settings. Custom domains may be available on higher plans.
