Financial Reports

The finance reports live under Reports but are summarised here because they're the headline outputs of the finance module.

• Customer Aging Report: Outstanding customer balances bucketed by age (e.g. current, 1–30 days, 31–60, 61–90, 90+). Used to chase late-paying customers.
• Supplier Aging Report: Outstanding supplier balances bucketed by age. Used to plan payment runs and avoid late fees.
• Booking Profit & Loss: Per-booking revenue vs cost analysis with margin in both absolute and percentage terms.
• Cash Flow Report: Projected inflows (expected customer payments) and outflows (due supplier payments) over time, factoring in payment terms.
• Revenue Overview: Revenue by product, customer segment, owner, or period.
• Targets: Sales target setting and attainment tracking.

All financial reports respect your organisation's accounting currency for consolidation while preserving native currencies on underlying records.
